Grilled Turkey Kebabs

Got this recipe from NWTF.org.  Tried it last night and it instantly became a favorite. It's fast, easy and anyone can make it.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 (5-pound) wild turkey breast, deboned and cut into 1-inch cubes

Soy sauce, as needed

Teriyaki sauce, as needed

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 red bell pepper, cubed

1 small zucchini, cubed

1 onion, sliced

1 pound fresh mushrooms

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Place turkey cubes in large bowl. Cover with half soy sauce and half teriyaki sauce. Add garlic salt and mix thoroughly. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight. Drain turkey pieces, reserving marinade. Alternate pieces of turkey, bell pepper, zucchini, onion and mushroom on skewers. Grill over charcoal fire or broil in the oven. Baste with marinade if desired.
